Our factory purchased a new counter-pressure high-temperature cooking pot for testing
retort pouch. This instrument uses electric heating to directly inject water into the cooking room to heat it to generate high-pressure steam required for cooking, and to cook the pouches that need to be cooked. After the cooking is completed, the external compressed air and water pressure are used for rapid cooling for about 3 minutes, and the contents of the pot can be lowered to 35°C. During the production process, we strictly control to ensure that 100% of the bags are not broken.
